TENCENT-BACKED ENFLAME PRICES IPO AT $21/SHARE

Shanghai Enflame Technology, a Tencent-backed AI chipmaker, has priced its Shanghai IPO at approximately $21 per share. The offering aims to raise roughly $911 million through the sale of 43 million shares.
