Canceling your subscription
To cancel ChatGPT Plus, log into your account and navigate to Settings. Select "Billing overview" and choose "Manage my subscription." Click "Cancel plan" to stop recurring charges. Your access continues through your paid period's end.
Deleting your account
To remove your account entirely, go to Settings and select "Delete account." OpenAI will confirm your request via email. Once deleted, your conversations and data are removed from their servers.
