GROQ RAISES $350M, PIVOTS TO NEOCLOUD BUSINESS

Groq secured $350 million in funding at a $3.5 billion valuation as the company shifts from AI chip manufacturing to a neocloud infrastructure model. The funding will support expansion of its Nvidia-powered data center operations.
