CXMT INKS $3B TENCENT DRAM DEAL AHEAD OF IPO

Chinese chipmaker ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) has signed a three-year DRAM supply agreement worth approximately $3 billion with Tencent for server memory. The deal comes as CXMT prepares for an initial public offering.
