BOSTON ENDS FLOCK CONTRACT OVER UNAUTHORIZED DATA SHARING

Boston terminated its contract with police surveillance company Flock after discovering the company enabled nationwide data lookups despite contractual restrictions. The city says Flock violated terms that required the feature to remain disabled.
